Sales Agreement 

​Join our waitlist:

​

• Joining our waiting list for goats cost nothing. When joining please specify which doe/does you would like to be added to. Also please note if your looking for a buckling or doe. To be added to the waitlist use the "Contact Us" option to be added which is located at the bottom of the page.   

​

• Once kidding season has began we will contact our waitlist contacts first. Starting with the top of the list and going down​. Once we contact you we ask that you are up front with your decision. If we do not hear back within the first 24 hours after contact we have the right to move onto the next person. ​

​

• Joining our waitlist for our rabbits also cost nothing to you. Just like our goat waitlist we have the right to go to the next person if we do not hear back. 

​

Deposits and Payments:

​

• A NONREFUNDABLE deposit will be required to hold an animal. Deposit of 25% of the price is required to hold the animal. The remaining 75% due at the time of pickup. This is for both or rabbits and goats.

​

• Deposits and payments can be made through Venmo, Paypal or Cash. No Personal checks will be accepted. We will accept payment plans (please read Payment plan option)

​

• We do not allow any animal leave Pine Creek Acres until the payment is paid in full,  including payment plans. 

​

• When placing a deposit we ask that you speak to Pine Creek Acres first to ensure the animal you are inquiring about is available. 

​

• We reserve the right to retain any animal on our farm first.

​

• Only time deposits will be refunded is if something happens out of our control, that we cannot treat, while the animal is within our care

​

• Payment plans are available with weekly or bi-weekly payments. They will require payments to be on time or we reserve the right to cancel with no refund. We understand things come up, if that happens please contact us prior to upcoming payment. We will work with you. Please note that no animal will leave until paid off. 

​

Prices:

Prices can change. Our current goat prices are the following:​​​

​

• Registered Doeling: $350.00 and up

​

• Registered Buckling: $250.00 and up

​

• Unregistered Doeling: $200.00 and up

​

• Unregistered Buckling or wether: $175 and up​

​

• 4-H kids we will give a discount to. ​​​​

​

Rabbits: 

​

• Rabbits price are 50.00 each rabbit.

​

Pickup/delivery and boarding fee:

​

• We will agree on a Pickup or Delivery date around 5 weeks of age, no later then 7 weeks of age. Please note we are a very busy family so we ask that we try to keep the date agreed upon. ​(Rabbits and Goats) 

​

• We try to keep all kids with their Dams if they are accepted by mom. No kid will leave prior to 8 weeks unless it happens to become a bottle baby.

​

• Bottle babies may go to a home sooner. We will ensure you are knowledgeable on bottle feeding and kid care. Please note we will not wether baby bottle bucks. They will stay as bucks.​

​

• Dam raised kids will be picked up between 8 and 9 weeks of age unless buck is being wethered (12 weeks). ​

​

• If kid/animal is not picked up by agreed date we have every right to charge $10 a day for up to a week. Once a week pass we will raise our boarding fee to $20 a day. After 2 weeks of holding an animal we have every right to cancel the contract with no refund.

• Delivery or a reasonable meet-up can be arranged for no more then 75 miles from Dushore, Pa. $1.50 per mile must be paid prior to the trip. No later then the night before the trip. Trips will take place on Saturdays only. No holidays!!!​

​

Goat prevention/shots/horns:

​

• Goat kids will have received their 1st CD/T vaccine prior to leaving our farm. A 2nd CD/T may be giving if mom didn't receive her's prior to kidding. If that happens kid will receive their 1st CD/T shot between 7-21 days and then a booster. After the booster the buyer is responsible for yearly CD/T shots.

​

• ​Coccidia preventative will be giving at 3 weeks and 6 weeks of age.

​

• All registered and non-registered kids born at Pine Creek Acres will be tattooed with our tattoo id and kids id.

​

• All horned kids will be disbudded, unless a buyer is looking for horned. Please make sure you are good with horns if you request them to still be on. Kids with horns require a 50% deposit the time of purchasing. And picked up at 8 weeks! 

​

• Bucks will not be wethered until 12 weeks of age, and will not leave our farm prior to being wethered.

​

Registered goats: 

• Registerable goats will come with ADGA Registration Application if there is no registration or certificate available when they leave.

​

• When we transferring please make sure you have the proper information needed to guarantee we transfer your new goat without any issues.

​

• ADGA registered buckling will require to have DNA on file if you plan on using them for breeding. With that being said any bucks sold from our farm will have DNA sent in by us or buyers if being used as a breeding buck. This will help with future breeding on your farm. There will be $32.00 fee if we send in the DNA.

Biosecturity/other testing:

​

• Pine Creek Acres has tested all of animals for CAE and Johnes.

​​

• If  you would like to have a retest done you as the buyer will be required to pay for these extra test or retest. Price for test/retesting will be determined at the request. 

​

Other details:

​

• Once an animal leaves our care. We will provide up to 24 hours of help/care to ensure you animals adjust well to their new home. 

​

• Animals that require quarantine on our farm will not leave until they are cleared to go. If that happens we will not add any boarding fees on. No animal will leave our farm being sick or even exposed to another sick animal. 

​

• Goats are herd animals. We will ask that you already own goats if only purchasing one. If not we will consider that you purchase 2 or more. This will help with the stress and anxiety of the animal leaving our farm.
